When can I have Pankan pick up my donation at my house?
If you prefer to have Pankan truck pick up your donation, please provide the following information:
- Amount of donation. Pankan will pick up if the donation it is more than three black large-sized bags.
- Basic information:
- Name, address, and phone number
- Photos of items to be donated
- For large items, please provide item specifications such as size and material type. If an item needs to be disassembled, please notify us in advance so that we can prepare the right tools and transportation for it.

Do note that pick up is arranged according to the order calls are received in or the route planning by the logistic department. In some cases, pick up cannot be done immediately.
