If you prefer to have Pankan truck pick up your donation, please provide the following information:

1. Amount of donation. Pankan will pick up if the donation it is more than three black large-sized bags.
2. Basic information:
   • Name, address, and phone number
   • Photos of items to be donated
   • For large items, please provide item specifications such as size and material type. If an item needs to be disassembled, please notify us in advance so that we can prepare the right tools and transportation for it.
3. Call for an appointment at +66 02-301-1096 (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or +66 081-903-6639, or via Line:  @pankansociety

Do note that pick up is arranged according to the order calls are received in or the route planning by the logistic department. In some cases, pick up cannot be done immediately.

All of the proceeds from Pankan store are used to fund scholarships for less fortunate children under the care of the Yuvabadhana Foundation. Scholarship given to common core students is 7,000 Baht per student per year (continuous scholarship from grade 7 to grade 12). Scholarship given to vocational students is 14,000 Baht per student per year (continuous scholarship level 1-3).

Or you can drop off items at a PankanBox provided at many locations. Pankan Box Location

Items donated are not given to less fortunate children directly. But they are delivered to Pankan warehouse for sorting process and then distributed to various Pankan branches. All of the proceeds from sales are used for to fund scholarships, which helps provide less fortunate children an opportunity to continue their education.

Since Pankan does not have any electricians or repair specialists, all items are sold as is. Please check your item and make sure that it is in good working condition before donating so they can be sold, which the proceeds will be used fund scholarship. For any poor condition items that cannot be sold, Pankan has to pay for the disposal cost.

Pankan store receives a support from the Premier Group of Companies , who donates an Operating Expense Fund, which covers the administrative expenses, such as salary, rent, utilities, and office supply. Therefore, 100% of the proceeds from sales is given to the education fund for less fortunate children without any expense deduction.

All the unsold items will be sent back to Pankan warehouse. They will then be sold as scraps. The proceeds will be given to education fund also.
